Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit topperzstoreusa.com (the “Website”) or buy from us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. “TOPPERZSTORE USA,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the topperzstoreusa.com online store in the United States.

This policy applies to the Website and to our related online stores, sign-up forms, and customer communications (together, the “Services”). It does not apply to third-party websites or services we do not control.

1. Information we collect

We collect personal information in three ways:

Information you provide. When you create an account, place an order, sign up for our newsletter, or contact us, you may give us your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, account login details, and the contents of your order and messages. We do not store full payment card numbers ourselves — see Payment processing.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Website, our servers and our providers automatically log technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring pages, the pages you view, and the dates and times of access. We use this to operate and secure the site and to understand how it is used.

Information from cookies and similar technologies. We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, analytics, and advertising. See Cookies and tracking technologies.

2. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • Create and manage your account and saved preferences;
  • Process, fulfill, ship, and support your orders, returns, and refunds;
  • Send transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates, service notices);
  • Send marketing and promotional emails to people who have opted in;
  • Operate, maintain, secure, debug, and improve the Website and Services;
  • Measure and improve our marketing and advertising;
  • Detect and prevent fraud and abuse; and
  • Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. Cookies and tracking technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use strictly necessary cookies to run the store (for example, to keep items in your cart and to keep you logged in); analytics cookies to understand site usage; and advertising cookies and pixels to measure and deliver marketing. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings; if you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the store may not work.

Where required by law, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies. You can also use browser-based opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC); see California privacy rights for how we treat these signals.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf, under contract, and only as needed to run the Services. The categories of providers we use are:

  • E-commerce platform and hosting — Shopware 6, which runs and hosts the online store.
  • Payment processors — Adyen and PayPal, which process payments securely.
  • Email marketing — Klaviyo, which stores subscriber data and sends our emails.
  • Order fulfillment and shipping carriers — USPS and UPS, to deliver your orders.
  • Analytics providers — Google Analytics 4 (GA4), to measure site performance and usage.
  • Advertising partners — Meta, Pinterest, Google, and TikTok; see Targeted advertising.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, to protect our rights, users, or the public, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case your information may be among the assets transferred.

5. Targeted advertising and “sharing”

We work with advertising platforms (such as Meta, Pinterest, Google, and TikTok) that place cookies or pixels on our site to measure our ads and to show you relevant ads on other services. Under some U.S. state privacy laws, this activity is treated as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising or as “targeted advertising,” even though we do not sell your data for money.

You can opt out of this. We honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), and you can opt out at any time using the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in our website footer or by contacting us at office@topperzstoreusa.com.

6. Payment processing

When you pay, your card or account details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processors, not stored in full on our systems. These processors handle your payment information under their own privacy policies and in line with the PCI Security Standards Council requirements. We receive only the information we need to complete, refund, and support your transaction (such as your name, contact details, and confirmation of payment).

7. Email marketing

We send marketing emails only to people who have opted in, and we keep your email address confidential except as described in this policy. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and the sender’s identity and postal address, in line with the CAN-SPAM Act. You can unsubscribe at any time using that link or by contacting us; you will still receive essential transactional emails about your orders and account.

8. Your privacy choices

You can: unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time; access, correct, or delete your account information by logging in or contacting us; opt out of targeted advertising as described above; and manage cookies through your browser. To make any request, email office@topperzstoreusa.com.

9. California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, and shared; access a copy of that information; correct inaccurate information; delete your information; and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as described in Targeted advertising; you can opt out using the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in our footer, or by sending an opt-out preference signal such as GPC, which we honor.

To exercise your rights, contact us at +1 718-450-8998 or office@topperzstoreusa.com. We will verify your identity before responding and may ask an authorized agent for proof of authority.

10. Other U.S. state privacy rights

Residents of certain other states (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and others with comprehensive privacy laws) have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of their personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at +1 718-450-8998 or office@topperzstoreusa.com. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. If we deny a request, you may have the right to appeal by replying to our decision.

11. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account or subscription is active and as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy — for example, to complete orders, provide support, enforce our agreements, resolve disputes, and meet tax, accounting, and other legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

12. Information security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage over the Internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please help protect your account by keeping your password confidential.

13. Children’s privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update takes effect means you accept the revised policy.
