We will accept returned items only if they are in original condition with all stickers and tags still attached to the item. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days after purchase.

IMPORTANT: You must include our completed RETURNS FORM in your return. You can download the form DOWNLOAD

How can I return a item?

1. We only accept items in new condition with all stickers applied, not curved and not worn.

2. You have to pay for the return shipping. Please make sure you send your hats back in the parcel you recieved your order. Damaged parcels would not be accepted.

3. Attach your flled our RETURNS FORM to your parcel.

Refunds

We will do our best to refund your return as soon as possible. Depending on the shipping volume, we usually refund your return between 4-6 business days after receiving your return.
