ORDER

Where can I enter my discount code?
Discount codes are entered in our store in the shopping cart. To do this, add a product to the shopping cart. You can then go to the shopping cart under "Edit shopping cart". In the gray field you will find the field for discount codes. After entering, please confirm the code with the arrow.

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you offer?
You can pay with creditcard (Mastercard, VISA, AMEX) or PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay at the moment.

SHIPPING

When will the goods be shipped?
Your order will leave our warehouse within 24 hours on working days. After shipping you will receive an email that your order has left our warehouse. Furthermore, you will receive an email from our logistics provider with the tracking details.

What delivery times should I expect?
We are shipping with USPS and UPS Ground shipping. Orders should arrive between 3-4 working days after they left our warehouse.

I have not received my package yet and was not notified?
